When you’re building your business you are going to need the right people working alongside you to fill the different departments. It isn’t always about employing someone or even outsourcing – You may be able to offer some kind of partnership, a percentage of your business.
Assuming they have the right mindset (and don’t waste your time with them if they have an ’employee’ mindset, that is a follower, rather than a leader mentality) and knowing they are truly part of a company should light a fire somewhere and get them moving to build your business with you.
Sometimes finding the right people can take time but well worth it.
